What will you learn?

In this intensive leadership program, you’ll develop or strengthen your capability to lead your organization to execute the strategy to learn how to provide centered around the following key elements:

  • Direction & Boundaries – Learn how to offer clear direction without becoming rigid, and how to create space without losing clarity.

  • Rhythm & Rituals – Build a leadership rhythm that brings focus, ownership, and consistent reflection to your team.

  • Courage & Maturity – Sharpen your ability to recognize what strengthens or hinders progress, in yourself and others and learn to balance decisiveness and addressing non-performance with support.

You’ll learn how to create clarity, engage others, and achieve results together, even in complex and changing environments.

This program is hands-on and grounded in your real-life leadership challenges, so you’ll see immediate impact in your daily work and your team.

  • Duration: 4 full-day training sessions (2 blocks of 2 days) plus intake, preparation assignment, multiple peer coaching sessions

  • Investment: € 1,799 p.p. (excl. VAT & accommodation)

Program structure

Before the program

  1. Intake & Reflection Assignment (1 hour)

    You start with an intake conversation and a reflection assignment: What does your context ask of your leadership? What do you want to develop? Where are you getting stuck?

  2. Preparation assignment (2 hours)

    With the help of a practical worksheet powered by AI, you’ll define a sharp, inspiring vision for your team or organization over the next three years.

Block 1 – Days 1 & 2

Themes: Direction, Boundaries, and Courage

  • Learn how to provide direction that gives clarity without limiting initiative >  through formulating a Strategic Intent

  • Diagnose what might be or is blocking execution through the Unblock diagnostics..

  • Explore how to set boundaries and make tough choices that support, not stifle your team > through clear strategic trade-offs and metrics to track progress.

  • Practice courageous leadership > through having the real conversation, without harmony addiction and addressing non-performance in a direct way with personal care.

Assignment: Peer Intervision

You organize a peer reflection session with 2–3 fellow participants. Bring in a real-life case, reflect on insights from Block 1, and test new behaviors or approaches in practice.

Block 2 – Days 3 & 4

Themes: Rhythm, Rituals, and Maturity

  • Develop a steering rhythm for reviewing progress, reflection, and course correction, something that actually works, not just looks good on paper.

  • Learn how simple and practical rituals support focus, trust, and team cohesion and how to use them intentionally as a leadership tool.

  • Deepen your understanding of mature leadership: handling uncertainty, managing tension, and knowing when to slow down or simplify.

Assignment: Peer Coaching & Final Intervision

After Block 2, you work with a buddy or fellow participant in a peer-to-peer coaching session. You reflect, share wins and struggles, and fine-tune your leadership compass in one last intervision session.

Closing & Integration

You wrap up the program by sharing a personal action plan with the group: What will you carry forward? What will you let go of? And what do you want to achieve in the next 90 days as a leader?
